I’m totally with you Libertarian Girl. I’m an Independent who’s voted mostly as a Democrat. But, David Price does NOT represent me. I voted for him in past elections but not this year. It’s become clear he answers only to corporate and special interests, not his constituents. During the bailout drama, I could not believe he said that “his constituents supported the bailout.” We need to be smart and discerning enough to recognize really good people, like BJ Lawson, regardless of party affiliation.

So, it seems as if we’ve got incumbent Democrat David Price (a Hillary Clinton style authoritarian) facing off against Republican BJ Lawson (a Ron Paul style libertarian/conservative)in what seems to be a largely Democratic congressional district?

It would be a no brainer for me, but it seems as if anybody with an “R” aside their name will face tough going in this election – especially if they’re the challenger.

Nonetheless, I’m wishing Lawson the best.
